Homemade oyster mushroom spicy Pozole soup, with hominy corn, cilantro, and onions

Gazpacho

cold, blended soup from southern Spain, made with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and garlic, seasoned with olive oil, vinegar and salt, served with Pao de Queijo

Jicama Salad

fresh jicama, carrots, red radish, red onions, cilantro & fresh lime juice

Tropical Hearts Of Palm Salad

Sliced hearts of palm, fresh mango, avocado, watercress, onions and cilantro 

Ahi Tuna Niciose

Seared rare ahi tuna with wild arugula, green beans, nicoise olives, grape tomatoes, white beans, hard boiled egg, tossed with red wine vinaigrette. 

Flat Iron Steak Salad

Mixed greens, cherry tomato, egg, avocado, carrots, sweet corn, and grilled grass-fed skirt steak with chimichurri, red wine, and shallot balsamic vinaigrette.
